Tea Garden Riverside - Munnar

the staff went above and beyond, assisting us with arranging our daily tours and even helping us switch to a better driver. the manager's local knowledge and cheerful attitude added so much value to our experience. the room amenities, including a kettle and bath accessories, made us feel right at home. the location is convenient, with key attractions like the Tea Museum and Nyayamkadu Waterfalls within walking distance.

One improvement could be the availability of more towels and water bottles in the rooms. It would also be beneficial if the hotel could ensure daily changing of bed sheets as requested by guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The room was immaculate, featuring a comfy master bed and an additional sofa bed, which added to my relaxation. The amenities were top-notch, with a TV that had Netflix, a hairdryer, and hot water available whenever I needed it. Mr Anand was incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions, and I appreciated the nearby cafes for snacks and breakfast options.

i was happy with hotel's good location near river. location: the property was right by the centre of munnar city and old munnar. also, scenic spot was 3 miles away from the hotel.

Enjoyed our two nights at a central location close to the old town and the center, with helpful and cooperative staff; we would definitely return.

Our Superior Queen Room was mind-blowing! the comfortable sofa cum bed, Netflix on TV, and fabulous tiles in the clean toilet surprised us. the friendly host always had a warm smile, making our stay super cozy and comfortable. With plenty of lighting, 3 pin charging points, and wooden flooring, the room's ambiance was jaw-dropping. the availability of hot water and hairdryer, along with the glass electric kettle and clean amenities, added to the super room experience. Outside, the location was central, PERFECT for exploring. Although a bit of a walk to restaurants, nearby hillside walks were a jaw-dropping bonus. Staff were helpful and smiling, making us feel at home in the non-smoking, clean property.

I always return here because it feels like home. the staff even lent me a phone charger during my first stay! With free Wi-Fi, parking, and 24-hour reception, it has everything I need. I'm coming back this weekend!
